Question T100 with full network says "call ended"


Hi,
Pls I need help on how to repair samsung T100 that has full network but cannot call out. Phone says "call ended" when you try to call

Its a dual band handset.
First try if other band is working.
There are two small Ics on the top side of the board.these are rf power amplifier ics .
Change these and ENJOY

i've also tried to reset wit twister flasher but it still gives me the same problem.
I suspect that the problem is on board but i dont no which area.
