i have galaxy s t959 full shorted because accidentally wet i try clean the board but still shorted and the baterry easily drain what part or how to trace the shorted of this kind of phone

i have samsung s3 i9300. everything works icluding the audio. but when i try to make a call there will be no incoming audio and outgoing audio. pls help
