Member: 2018063 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | two n9005 lte dead.. or alive? one n9005 (i believe bought in france, no brand) was flashed by customer, tried custom rom, maybe CWM but for some reason he had to reflash stock, flashed some italian firmware: after that the phone went dead, so he gave me talking about a line saying "bad block.." during last (deadly) flashing. first i connected external power supply, 4,2 on battery pins (1pos, 3neg). when i push power button, combo or jig/pc connection, the current goes from 0 to 12 mA, stable and nothing more. now the interesting part: at this point i remembered some video, and connected pins 1/2 to positive and 3/4 to negative... the current jumped to 350 mA and the phone vibrated and booted immediately: it wasn't able to fully boot but i could put it in download or recovery mode. at this point i found a curious trick to change (i suppose) the state of the phone: everytime i disconnected power (or phone rebooted for any reason), it went dead but i had to: 1) connect 1/2 positive, 3/4 negative - 350 mA 2) push on button - no start but current down to some 20-18 mA 3) disconnect power, reconnect 1 positve, 2 n/c, 3/4 negative 4) push combo or jig, phone in download or recovery everytime. i flashed italian XXUGNG1 4.4, odin3 - PASS, after reboot many apps/system failed, it rebooted 2-3 times, and finally it worked flawlessly some 3-4 hours. then it started to freeze (no overheating), i could normally reboot it many times, but failed too often, so i reflashed same firmware, odin did well but at restart the screen of the phone was full of red lines (errors), flashed again this time tried XXUFNG2, odin PASS, first reboot, yellow android and little blue bar, circa 15% it stops, reboots, advance some more, dead from this point on the phone, start once every 3/4 days... if it starts at all. any suggestion? i have RIFF, Z3X and can experiment with hardware. i could not prepare recovery sd, tried many, random results. |
