I got one samsung u700 not reading the sim card.Is there any solution to this problem.

I fixed U700 (insert sim card) by heating the power IC

I have different PCB for u700 one part is missing (factory made like that). Also i try to remove part as you point on the pic but everything is the same. So do you have any other solution. Notice that the phone was been water damaged but i fix it and the phone is worked perfectly. After 1 day customer is back and Sim card cannot be read.
Here is the pic, green marked part is no existing on my PCB

sir i too have insert sim card problem with samsung B139. PLEASE HELP URGENT. PHONE IS NOT WATER DAMAGED. please show jumpering solutions.
