i have u800 samsung and i got nspro and ustpro-II even i have new versions but both are unable to unlock the phone, kindly help me plz

hi mate..

use 210 cable

tick remove all locks while direct unlock then do fast direct unlock..

the phone must be on...

thank u, but this method not working, i tryed. fast direct unlock and remove all locks(i set 4 and 8 digits pass), but phone still can`t be unlocked. When restart phone it reqests pass, after unlock i tryed to enter samsungs factory pass "00000000" no luck. ?????
