F480 touchscreen doesn't work

Hi,

I dropped my samsung f480 in the toilet, and almost everything still works like it should, but the touchscreen doesn't respond. So when i touch it, nothing happens. I cant repair this with the warranty and i called samsung to ask if they can repair it when i pay for it. But they dont want to do that because the cant ensure it works then. I opened the phone twice now and i saw nothing special, but some things were a bit white. Is that oxidation? What part should i replace? The touchscreen (click)
Or the lcd screen?
Hope you cant help me. And btw dont mind my english im from Holland.

Gerpsp

You have to disassemble all to get only front panel with small flex tape.(about 10mm long)
Yes.White that you have seen that could be oxidation.Try to remove it using Cleanser and tooth-brush.(remove LCD first)
There is an element close to connection pads on the flex- as i remember 25 pins.Try to resolder it.
This method help me.

Thanks for the reactions all and sorry for my late reaction. I tried to change the touchscreen but that didnt work, so im going to try to clean it again. Do you think turpentine will work? I will try cleanser as well. What is the part i have to clean?
