Member: 2008 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Maybe you should consider going to another faster forum if 2 hours 44 mins is too long for you to wait, you have to wait for an answer people are not here just to wait until sofa surfer has a problem or maybe you should become a samsung dealer so you can have technical support line.
