Hi...I had my wifes E350 repaired a week or so ago (needed new cable)....it is now working ok...but doesnt slide open and closed very well...not as good as my 500......I have tried putting a little bit of WD40 on it but it doesn't seem to help...is there any way I can slacken it a bit...thanks

We don't have e350 here yet , but if it is a slide phone, and will not slide up and down properly ,then you have got the retainer screws mixed up.They look very similar , but are about half a mm different. The smaller ones go onto the slide retainer. If you strip the phone down and seperate the different screws, you will see the difference. Have done this myself, so know what you have done...
