x426 switcher ic solulation needed

i got one x426 to converte in 900 1800 band i flace but when i open it there is no switcher ic(i atteched in image) .so can any body tell me which model use this switcher ic or any jumper seeting require any solulation for that i attache image of switcher ic ...thenks
