X450 problem with keypad...* doesent work - GSM-Forum

I want hellp 4 this problem!!!!!!

I try everything..i change that IC which is 4 kypad..i check everything..its OK...but star(*) doesent work...is there any solution 4 repairing that problem?

remove the cpu and re-ball and put back again but phone maybe dead

I think better phone without star(*) then dead phone :-)...OK,i have do that ...and upload softwere...re-ball IC which is 4 keypad but doesent work...it is hardwere problem...but i can't find what...

clean laying position for key - pads again. this can be hardware pro.

i clean key-pad position like first stap...but nothing...another solution please?

Best to reball and install back, Careful of the heat on the other components beside.

, Check all cabling to processor & also check for jammed vol. controls.

does your phone turns on and then keypad not working?
i had few with side keys blocked...
try?

rename from txt to zip 100% working

clean the keypad contact on the pcb and change the keypad.

I tried with this solution, but still nothing. After 4-5 hours keyboard, again, not work.
Any other solution, please help!!
