when ı open phone e few minutes lcd freeze and restart

ı'm load new software but result same freeze and restart

*2767*2778# via eproom the phone 2 days normal
2 days after phone freeze and restart

how can ı do?

this is big problem .. i search 3 months now and i find NOTHING

Yes this is big probl, I only dicover when rehoting litle pcb, phone work ok
but only obout 10 days, so something is wrong on pcb but can¸t discover whot.
OL solutions and pics whit removing varistors not helping me.

Hi guys iam also in same problem but ulit bit defrent everything is working but keypads not working only ON\OFF is working. if any one have solution for this pls post here

Hi!

i just want to know that how to pull Flash pasted Ic of X-600,which dead
and i want to repalace this with new one.......can anybody tell me how to
pull this as you know that it is sealed with paste.........
