X600 problems 2

Hi,
I am posting here because maybe this is right place.
My first post regarding problems with x600 was:
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=202467

In addition I changed oscillator EA3ZC. Noticed that little battery soldered on board has voltage of only 0.8V (few days ago was 2.8V). So, I removed it and still nothing. I can not get phone in TAT mode any more. I can not flash tfs or format nand. But I can read mcu flash fine.
What could be the problem?

Thanks

I am very sorry when reading all these threads with x600 problems.
That phone is not so bad.
Do you know where to get replacement battery. I can not find here any of 3V that can fit into phone housing.
