X640 "Paused by temperature" - GSM-Forum

I have a X640 and after few seconds of charging shows "Paused by temperature" .

What could be the problem ?

Here u go bro , replace the varistor (but not with another random varistor as i have tryed and it doesn't work-I had one dead x640)...

I have an X640 to and after 2-4 mins the phone say ``Fully charged`` If i remove phone from the charger after 5-10 mins ....say Batery low please recharge

Dam I have one more to do , but no sparepart do do it, and i didn't verify the value. Does anyone have any idee what can i put to replace this??

@XHouser ob the bottom of PCB you have one 8 legs IC try to change it and see what happens. also u may take off the diod just near the charge conector (left of the brown cond).

so does this mean i have to solider my phone?? cos it looks confusing to me i get this after a few secs chargeing the phone up.. i cant turn my phone on now either dunno whats up with the fooking thing!! all i wanted to do was unlock/flash i was going to use the d500 unlocking cable with the 9v batt would this work?? or do i need to open it up and look @ it..?? any ideas would be great kind regards.
