Ericsson T28 can't power on solution 1

As this old model t28 had bad design for RF part(APC,AGC), so P.A if got abnormal power consumtion it will easy burned.

how to be sure it's P.A damaged? it's easy for first use multimeter to measure the P.A VCC and GND it's short circuit (usually we just need to measure phone's battery connector's VCC and GND over 90% of short circuit is caused by P.A burned ).

NOTE! after change the P.A you must change the attana too!
