Ericsson A1018 works well, but there is no illumination and images on the display. What IC is responsible for illumination and the image?

how it happen. is it after unlock or flash. if so you can repair it by editing eeprom dump and changing some bytes.i can give you adress to change.

I am experiencing this problem. No display after I flashed eeprom, changed IMEI, and flashed *.sbn files. The phone powers on and everything except no display. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you friend.

No. This phone can make call, can recived call, but don have background light and LCD image. It's not software problem, 100% hadrware. What IC is responsible for it?

for t10 display edit eeprom dump and change address 8e9h to 00 or 01 or 02.
for 1018 display edit eeprom dump and change address 1f14h to 00 or 01 or 02.

what about there is no Vlcd (Should be 6.2 Volt) in pin 1 ???
I have followed trouble shooting guide from Ericsson Service Manual but still no result......
