when connect to da power supply current flow 0mA, but when i press power button current flow 220mA,key pad and lcd back lights permanently on.thats it.i dont have schematic also,will anybody help me on this

I have T650i LCD Damage but I try two LCD's but same result only LCD light on. I think LCD jack gone so plz anyone help me to out of this problem.
Give me LCD way of SE T650i .

bottom of LCD (upper part of phone where is LCD), dissaseble phone , disconect flex cables from sub FPCB and vualia

i hav k610 that no backlight problem with no network plus no voice sent... i need the solution, can dearest nadeem help me....
