Big mistake in flat W600 - GSM-Forum

I have a w550 and i flash it by se tool but phone not power then i open phone and i see that board is W600 so i use test point and flash it by universal box and w600 flash file .
phone is on now but it is black light and hanging .
when i assemble phone i think
mistake flat assmble and lcd now is blank and lcd light very little...
and now i correct flat but it have some problem...
when phone on bord a little warmed .
it have software problem or hardware?
may guide me?

Tri to flash in cruiser with latest file.It will slove.
