Blinking SE k700i

Hi,
I have 2x SE k700i. One is OK. The other blinks(LCD) after i insert PIN and confirm it.
On the second(wrong) SE I have some videos which I want to save to my PC.

Is there any chance to use some parts from good one and to use it on wrong one? If, so what parts?

Many thanks

(I do not use those phones. But after many years I remembered "I have there some useful videos which I would need" .So I tried change broken LCD and I have bought new battery(First SE is saved, but the other is blinking).
