c510 no network coverage - GSM-Forum

sonyericsson c510 no network coverage problem arise when the customer listen song suddenly mobile working stopped and shut down. when he open again no network coverage and no contact and message box open . i restore the whole setting after that message and contact open but no network coverage problem still. please experts help me to solve the problem .this phone also no connected with software. thanks in advance. please help

change the antena & upgrade software

2-flach
3-write gdfs
4-unlock
test for me 100%

i flash with main file, but still no network coverage. what should i do?

Make backup if needed for customer.
Fullflash the phone,main+fs+customization.
If same repair gdfs.
