c702 shutsdown when go to camera - GSM-Forum

sir please help with this problem, i got a sony c702 that when sets to camera it shuts down, and need to press power button to turn it on again.
i already flashed it sir!! what could be the problem sir!!

when i used the service menu *>*<<*<*, camera and video call is ok!!
what could be the problem sir!! please help!!!

have you upgrade your phone software or flash it first may be
