dear, i have new c902 phone , if i use 1 minit phone, keypad was not working. then remove battery and put again phone working, already full flash but same problem , pl share u exp , it is big help

I encountered the same problem,changer keypad bot Solved ~

try to unplug the the flate of the simcard reader and try without it if it works or not.
