Dead t630 - GSM-Forum

I have dead t630.No power no connection with PC no charging.Nothing.The castomer said to me that phone is dead when he put the charger into Phone.Some ideas for this problem.Thanks

I changed charging IC and now the phone restart by itself in every 5-7 sec.I tried to read with div error 0106.May be RSA protect I can't see sw version.With ufs only this:
Please Connect Cable to Switched-Off Mobile
Mcu_Id: 5B 08 02 01 FF FF FF FF .
What can I do?Flash or what?

I flashed it and:
MCU Flash Erased: 110 sector(s), Time: 01:19
MCU Flash Written: 7154688 byte(s), Time: 02:45
MCU Flashing Done, Time: 04:05
Modem Flash Writing Failed: M_Boot 0000
Error Break, Total Time: 04:34
Fatal Error, Jobs Canceled

clean the connectors...................should work.
if not then reheat the IC

Which IC? arm chip or flash ic
