Hello there.
Can someone help me out what component is missing here, is it a resistor? And what capacity it should be, because without it phone doesn't power on.

this is a diode u can change from a old pcb

I dont have old pcb, can I find it on any other Sony or nokia model?

Any specific phone model or any picture where I could find that diode? Or maby jumper way for this phone.

You cannot jumper it, it is on power line.
