Reflash phone. 3.4v is enough voltage to power phone's logic.

As I know Ericsson phones identify batterys connected to it. The resistor mentioned I think is "Battery Temperature". But not in LiIo or LiPl batterys unles you have Chines one, LiIon battery schematics pretty complicated.
That was just my opinion.

I discover new strange thing.
When I have T28 logged on network and normaly working, I can see that display is change contrast- lighten, darken in 3 to 5 second cycle. (It's hard to see)
is this ok?

How the battery resistor replace or strap can help me ???
I was tried tree bateries, all of then was Li-Pol ultraslim BUS-10 3,6V 500mA maded in Sweden.

Thank for all

hi again flashman,
your batery i thing is good. my experience say : check the double diod from bottom left side of the board. u will find a piece with 3 pins near a driver (5pins) who respond about handsfree and micro+speaker.
