ericsson 768 LCD problem - GSM-Forum

The battery and signal indicators of the phone's LCD aren't working. I tryed to clean the contact of LCD and the flexible contact, but it is not... Please help me! THX: ____Kevin03____

Have U try to change the lcd with the new one? I'm sure the LCD is cracked somehow... look carefully at the top of it. U'll see that the lcd has a little crack. It ussualy happens when it seems a little hard to assembly the phone. pay attention with the speaker... make sure it's position is fixed. the chasing may also cause the problems... Good Luck!
