one of my telephone ericssont20s display no acces i cant send or receive what is the problem please

hi

first,check ext.antenna, antenna switch,then pa finally two bga chips.
if your problem remains after changing ant.switch and pa,you should reball the both of BGA chips(dsp)which are below CPU.one by one..hope you succes..__jero__

mostly that's becouse of signal ic. on the right side of CPU.

No ACCESS mean you have RX but no TX - so you need to check TX line - Antenna, antenna connector, PA and power IC. But it's probably PA problem.

Pls Can any1 tell me the equipt for soldering or desoldering or reballing this IC, TX, RX BGA, etc

Rewrite e2 then open cover.
