Ericsson T28 Dead - GSM-Forum

I have a dead T28. Has a phisically burntout component near the DSP power supply transistor at the bottom of the board. Could this be the cause of the dead set.

Hey. I also have a T20 whith the same component burnt but this T20 has a no network problem.

Any suggestions ?

I had the same problem...I cange the tr and it started
Lok to see if you don't have problem with tha PA.....For T20 change the RF IC but before check alll the conection..maybe dirt.
