T28, no network - GSM-Forum

Hello , i have t28 with no network.
i see inside new type of PA xxx19 , i dunno if it is good or not.
How can i check if PA is ok without placing on PCB?

try to make manual search if u get no access , the the pa is not good replace it .

yes mate it s the one beside the p.a. at the left.. good luck ..don't forget re solider the p a agian or change it after this...

i have too one T28 with no network...put in new PA, antena connector, antena switsch....nothing helps...any idea?

I replaced RF procesor, signal coms, but cant make a call, i resolder it again and phone works OK, Thanks to all

I've replaced RF Signal processor. Now i can't power on the phone.
Sh*t ...

What should be wrong ? Bad placed RF Signal processor or what ?

Pali i dont know your ICQ number....but feel free to contact me on ICQ, or email...
maybe is your RF procesor bad placed, or ****ed up from rehoting....

Hi,
Plz contact me Pali by mail, i need more info about what you have do to your phone step by step.
For all freinds If you want to repair some thig you should follow a logic method:
1- Plz d'ont change any components with out knowing if it is ok or not.
2- Begin by viewing if there's mecanical prob ( antenna - antenna connector, bad connection ...)
3- Some times there's a software prob, so make a warantie backup them flash phone with good eprom file.
4- You have service manual of your phone, you have the RF key components, so verify the inputs-outputs ( here you can know what you should replace ).
5- If not ok you have to verify the power supply and the CPU.
Offffffffffffffff in the end if not ok forget the phone forever
