Post Ericsson t28s and t10s problems..


I have one ericcson t10s with this problem.
Phone is totaly dead on first look, but all voltages are ok, i measure it on all test point and everything ok, when i connect it to computer all is ok too!!!!! But it cant flash or start on power button...
Any idea!?!?!

Other problem is t28s, when turned on only small contrast is visible on display and nothing else, try to reflash and put new bin in eeprom and nothing, phone comunicate with computer, and the problem is not PA!!!!
Someone knows what the problem might be!?!?

hello there,
It s not PA Problem, just connection between PCB and BGA Comp. is bad, because too often pressed while using your keypad.

your T28s problem can be solve like this :
Try to use hot air, and put some flux on BGA IC near FLASH IC ( 2 IC BGA) . Dont use to hot, just medium temperature, and also small air pressure.

Guaranteed 100 %.....

to DIGIT41: Hello! I have problems with my t10 too.. would you be so kind and help me.. I dont know where those test points are... i am able to flash phone and all, but i cant switch it on.. the leds are just blinking... TNX!
