Ericsson t65 allways power on - power off after 1 second- on - off - on - off - on - off. Need help.What problem?

check SIM contacts, SIM drawer, contacts on the bottom of SIM reader often cause problems....

i know its so old message but i have to ask .. under this topic..
so Mr Lead is it possible to repair this problem with div dongle?
or how to solve this problem ?
i think se-fighter is exist already..
