i have found that a diode near the battery connector is burned. can you tell me please where i'll find a same one?

i have W810, S500, W760, few old SE and a lot of nokia. do you think i'll find that diode in those phones?

solved

solution: diode from broken k750i display. this diodes (3) are positioned backside of LCD plastic connector.
still no lights in slide keys, but display lights are OK.
