I got two C902 phones and both had problems so I tried to make one good one from the two bad ones.

The first one would not recognise any headphones when plugged in (but recognised a charger) and the speaker crackled. The other one had a broken M2 socket (one of the pins were bent) and the LCD was cracked. Both phones were working (would turn on and make phone calls) and had the same AO firmware so the LCDs were both AO and not AS.

I took both phones apart and put the good components together,

phone case from phone 2
camera from phone 2
LCD from phone 1
mainboard from phone 2
SIM/M2 slot from phone 1
speaker from phone 2
keypad from phone 1

When I turned the phone on it gave the usual blue light on camera button, white lights on keypad, vibrates. After a few seconds it does the same blue light on camera button, white lights on keypad, vibrates. This repeats until I remove the battery. Note, the LCD never shows the usual SE logo.

The exact same thing happened on the other phone.

I then put the phones back to their original configurations hoping that the mixed phone was simply not compatible. Unfortunately the phones did exactly the same thing again.

I used A2Uploader and here is the log file. This shows that something is still OK.
