T28 Sound problems . . . - GSM-Forum

Phone was totaly dead, after fitting new battery and reflowing power IC, phone works, but there is problem with sound:
It works normaly for 15 ~25 minutes, and sound becomes distorteted, or there is no sound at all. Speaker is OK, sound output is also OK (****ing to mic i can hear in speaker) If i power off phone, animation freezes, some times on first picture, or on last.
So, what can i do ?

Hi legija,
You should reflow the CPU and don't forget to be careful.
If this operation can't give a solution. Forget your phone...
