Flash with latest firmware using SETool (check first and make sure you download correct firmware as some W810i handsets were CID49 and some CID50), this should resolve your problem.

i have tried using setool update but my firmware already the latest version so no update availble for me...
is there any other way to fix ?

Do you mean SETool or SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service)? If you have no SE service devices such as SETool, Cruiser, Universalbox etc. you will need to take the phone to a service point for repair.

i use sony ericsson update service but not working..
but i trying to get CruiserSuite and i dunno which one shall i get to fix my white screen..

is it this CruiserSuite SE A2 Flasher 1.07 ?

W810i is DB2010 handset, not A2 and cruisersuite can be used only with cruiser device. If you are not sure what you are doing, do not risk your phone with any downloaded software. The safest option is for you to take your phone to a service point for repair.

my phone no more warranty and repair price almost can buy another new phone...
now i have no choice..only way is risk..

is there any software you can suggest to fix w810 white screen ?

What country are you in? Most decent repair centres should charge no more than 10 euros for re-flash of a W810i. I would not suggest any software because the only software that can do this without a genuine device is cracked software and that is a dangerous game.

download setoolite 1.10,and get usb cable that came with the phone,read the version,post here maybe i can help you.

i got setool 2 lite 1.10 and cable but i don't know where to find w810 firmware

now you can flash se tool new firmware...you will tell
