that's not possible.....this is an integrated circuit which can't be by-passed. Only change it....

the easy way is to change DC/DC driver convertor
if pcb is damaged by water or...U can use this modify
for this u must change LED's connections too, from serial to parallel

Use an NPN transistor
If are using an FET transistor isn't need to change LED's connection
