..::k300i mic solution using 200-400 ohms::..

hi, i recieve k300i from customer in which mic ic and mic prints both are missing, so i try to scratch these print but not helpful,so there is no way to place mic ic, furthur i try the 200-400 ohms solution for mic, now the prints are ok, but when i talk from this phone ,it sent the voice very very low to other phone, (like when i try to record the voice i put this phone very close to ***** than it records otherwise no voice) plz help wat can i do or anyone tested this solution so plz tell me which resistence u used and taken from which part of circuit plz marked on resistence and upload the picture here,thnx!
