k310 not charging and not show any massege

k310 when i connect the charger to the mobile the mobiles duz'nt display any message (as optamize charging or not charging)
please help me about this problem with any photo or dayagrame

firts clean the charging pin..or changes.

if no lock changes charger interface ic or (N2620).

Teste your changer first, is send voltage to the battery's pins, and check how many voltages has the battery, be sure that the battery were full "3,7, 3,8"
