k500, k700 camara not working urgent - GSM-Forum

i have a problem in k500 camara problem,
problem is when i start camara , it dark and then come to main menu

i change the camara
and also camara jack
but problem is still there. ple help

sometime its just software problem... do flashing.. and set will b ok.
