I have a similar disrepair, can not understand that is responsible for charging

at serves on charging ot the power module is a short circuit, by a multimeter resistance a few kiloom, in the total kristal took off having five conclusions from a strony keyboard, next to a condenser on which comes ot raz'ema, cleaned the transistor assembling (next to a battery), took off the transistor assembling from other side a pay, result of tot-zhe short circuit at serves of 5в on the raz'em charging,
