c613 or c628 must be 2.8 v
if not,
find a 2.8V component and make jamper to v601

i'm glad it works for you mate, but your solution don't work for me
besides, don't even have c628 component, already try to reheat power ic,
and reflash phone, but still the same : insert sim card
