k600i voice and ringer problem - GSM-Forum

hi guys
i have problem with k600i sound and ringer problem, turn on phone all ringer and button sound working. after incoming call, i can't listen and speak. but call is connected. after disconnecting call, no ringer and keypad sound. how resolve my proble. tell me
need service manul for k600i

Try yo make master reset
or flash it full flash

in another words try sw solutions first
