K608 screen removal - GSM-Forum

Is there an easy way to get the K608i screen off (without breaking it) ??!

tip the board to one side and it should fall out of the plastic holder/board cover.
Or use a piece of plastic to pop it out.
(Nokia SRT-6)

Its attached by ribbon.

Plastic is attached to board by screws under the screen.

Thanks for reply. First one I've tried and it's a real pain. This one seems quite resistant. Allowing for the ribbon connection, does the glass come straight out of the white frame surround or does it come off with it? Thanks

I got it sorted. It was a bit stuck but came out eventually. Thanks for your help.
