you can test with dc power station or normal charger with max 5v put +to+ - to- end wait circuit will heating in component witch is in short
solution change this component is possible capacitor ,pa, ui ic, ecc

verry good suggestion!! if you don't have a power supply, you can do same thing with a full battery but you don't have good access to all components
