Unhappy K700 charging - strange

Hello,
i have K700 here which shows charging but actually it doesnt charge battery.
I can measure on battery pins only 0.8V (working phone should be 3.7V) when charger is connected.

i tried to change small filter IC near system connector and power supply IC but it didnt help - stil only 0.8V - anyone have solution for this? PCB is clean - no watter, no dust...

Thanx

PLaty
