Member: 382043 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi I have same Problem for k750i 1, 2, 3, *, #, OKkey joyRight and joyDown dont work and won't power off but the click sound works when pressed, seems to be a simple problem to fix but how do you check which IC is working or not (what tester to use), also what are the components called (reference to buy for replacement). any HELP greatly appreciated. |

Ok both of you need to change the keypad control ic which is located above right of joystick. The ic has 3 diodes to the left and 1 above and 1 below. Hope that helps MRL | ||

Member: 382043 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | hi thanks for reply i will try this i have a spare k750i for bits my brother also had similar problems and he updated his firmware to w800i using w800i.exe and fixed his keys but he is starting to get keys working now and then maybe it was just a coinsidence anyway thanks for help. |
