K700 no microphone-help pls

Hi friends. I have SE K700 with damaged microphone circuit. The small metal IC near bottom connector is broken. Does anybody know solution to fix this problem without changing this IC. Maybe I need to short some points on the IC area. I don't know, I have no manual. Please help me with some photo.
BR.

If you look the PCB from behind(the SYS conn is down). Then the MIC contacts are last 2 in the lowest row and other 2 are last 2 in the highest row. Hope this helps AND GOOD LUCK WITH BRODGING. O I forkgot to mention... if PCB is from the latest production then it is all LEAD FREE so be careful.

let check first!
Crystal IC is 4x5 you mean on that bandage- last 2 in lowest row and last 2 in the highest row.That 2 contact under IC, i must short them or one by one with wire connect to mic contacts???

Looking from the top and SYS conn. in the bottom. Counting from left to right.In the first row 4 and 5 and in the last (4) row 4 and 5. Bridge 4 with 4 and 5 with 5. Dont touch the mic contacts or anything else.Hope this helps. I dont have shematics
