k700i keyboard - GSM-Forum

When i push the 2 of k700i it holds down and does not want to go back up untill i shake it a little.
any ideas thanks

Check Flex and clean the Pads of Keypad.

You need to replace the front of your k700. send it to a service point and they will fix it for free.

Why he should change the front? If warranty, then is warrenty.

Because the button nr2 gets stuck in the front. Trust me ive done this on aprox 30 k700i.

This Problem is common, you dont need the Quality Bugs coverage yourself. Service know already thats a SonER error.
