How to unlock w580i with only DCU-60 cable

i am so confused
i tried the whole ways to unlock my se w580i with my dcu -60 cable
but no sucess
there is a tutorial where you have to use
first xs++
then make a unlocker patch
and last you have to use setool2

i attached a picture of my result

i can´t get out of this network subset

i have done what was in the tutorial
but after that i put an sim card
and it said to me
please insert the correct sim card

and in setting table coche
*Complete phone after flash
*Unlock phone after flash
*User server ........
* Enable server alternative.....
and tack boutton FLASH
