Hi!

I have a K750 phone and no michrophone. Absolute not working the michrophone. I know the mic control BGA is bad.

I search michrophone repair solution, to look like the K500 michrophone solution!

THX!

Bye: MikroBig

ok now mic on k750i is not a normal mic as in tasos1971 sheme, it is actually patr and parcell of the pcb and cannot be removed or replaced, so dont go down that road thinking you can replace,
@gena & @microbig on the bottom of phone next to charge block there is a very small hole in housing , make sure this is not obstructed with dirt

you can replace mic with a normal one,but you have to put it oposite(reseption side to the hol)

mic is not glued,but soldered with leed free solder wire(400-450 oC).actualy you need infrared station to do that job,but if you have enouhg experience then you can take out mic using hot air,without burn it.

picture is clear enough,just you have to put mic to the hol

I manage to take off corectly the Mic in perfect condition and i compare the values with new one. I got the same values but no sound coming from the mic. So i think that something else is wrong.. Does someone have PCB schematics??

I found one problem. Check if one of the mic pad is shorted to the ground then the problem is not the mic but is the EMI Filter near the power supply it is responsable of the bottom mic. The other pad goes under the power supply. This motherboard (SE) are very difficult to work, as i needed to use rework station and solder iron to take off the cristal IC....}
This time i was lucky as i have one dead k750 phone and i took the cristal from it. Does anyone have idea how to make wires on this IC as i feel like this is gonna be very frequent problem....
