after car-chager K750 no charge, I change polar transistor ( near sim-reader) which drive the charges voltage, but no sucsses

try replacing the usb/emi filter. it manages the system connector and is placed just over the system connector.

well,try this :

prepare Your charger conector in this way:

( look : take him with left hand, arrow up, count from left to right

1 pin +
11 - ( ground )

- scaned from USB conector...
